What Your Days Will Look Like

Each day invites you into gentle yoga practices, breathwork, and mindful movement.

Sunrise sessions unfold outdoors on the deck, surrounded by calm ocean views, while evening classes take place indoors in a quiet, restorative space. You’ll experience a mix of yoga styles suitable for all levels, creating space to explore, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.

These sessions are gentle, welcoming, and completely optional. You’re always free to participate as much, or as little, as you choose.
